Our experience at the Wyomissing location has been great. Dr. Kim has been wonderful with my young daughter's tooth care and root canal ensuring what's best for her treatment. I highly recommend her! And the staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

I had a great experience at Providence Endodontics for my root canal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Mendlowski took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. She was gentle, efficient, and made what I expected to be a stressful experience surprisingly easy. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received from Dr. Mendlowski and the entire team. I highly recommend Providence Endodontics to anyone in need of endodontic treatment!

Worst experience ever and they double bill to to your insurance company. Double check after you pay them. Billed Cigna $300 for the 3D X-ray after I paid $165 out of pocket cash price. They scheduled a surgery to fix an infection behind the root canal that was a month out for my wife. Showed up an hour early and we sat in the waiting room. Very noisy environment to be honest and the receptionist didn’t want to discuss any billing issues that I had seen on my Cigna online portal. She said she hadn’t heard back from them at all. Either way she tried to change the conversation and said it would be $805 for today’s procedure and appointment. I left and went outside to take a phone call and within 30 minutes my wife told me to come back up to their office. She said they wouldn’t do the surgery and recommended just getting it extracted instead of getting it fixed. When we originally showed up a month ago, Dr.Kim said she wanted to do a re-work of the root canal and then by the time we got home she changed her mind to doing the surgery instead. Today was my second root canal procedure completed by Dr. Mendlowski at the Wyomissing office. I have had a very good experience both times. After thoroughly numbing the tooth and the area around it she completed a large 3 root molar in the back of my mouth in exactly 1 hour. She works very efficiently and asked if I was having any pain many times throughout the procedure, which I had none! Should I need another root canal done (hopefully not) there is nowhere else I would go.

Providence Endodontics - Wyomissing is an amazing office! From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, to the provider, I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Mendlowski is a kind, caring professional; I would highly recommend her. I was referred to the office for a root canal. This was my first root canal and I must say it was easier than having a crown placed and/or having a tooth filled. Dr. Mendlowski explained every step of the process, making it stress-free and painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Mendlowski and Providence Endodontics - Wyomissing for any endodontric needs. You won't be disappointed.
